I’m in the process of planning a custom themed 2nd Birthday Elmo Splash Party for a very special little boy. Choosing the most appropriate and unique party favors can make birthday parties very memorable. Needless to say… deciding on which party favor to give is usually the most challenging part of designing a party for me.
